⚠️ Important Purchase Notice: Beds & Exclusions
Please read carefully before placing an order for any bed set. WoodCraft PK only sells bed structures/frames. All bed purchases include only the wooden or upholstered headboards, footboards, side rails, and internal support slats.
We do not sell or include mattresses, cushions, pillows, bedsheets, blankets, lamps, or any other decorative items shown in the product pictures. These accessories are used strictly for photography and display purposes.
1. Custom Orders & Craftsmanship
Every piece of furniture from WoodCraft PK is handcrafted by skilled artisans in our Chiniot workshop using seasoned solid timbers (Sheesham, Walnut, and Teak). Due to the natural variations in wood grain, minor differences in color and finish may occur between pieces, which is a hallmark of authentic, non-factory woodwork.
2. Orders and Payment
To confirm a custom-size or custom-upholstered order, an initial booking deposit may be required. The remaining balance is payable upon delivery. WhatsApp chats and invoices serve as official order confirmations.
3. Delivery & Assembly
We provide delivery and professional assembly services across Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and surrounding areas. Delivery schedules are approximate and subject to road and weather conditions.
4. Warranty & Support
We stand behind the structural integrity of our products with a 5-year solid wood guarantee. This warranty covers wood splitting, structural stability, and joint integrity under normal usage. It does not cover fabric wear-and-tear, water damage, or misuse.
5. Modification of Terms
WoodCraft PK reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
